Shipping policy

We work with An Post for all shipping and charge a fixed rate of €10 for local deliveries.

Shipping will be done within 1-2 working days after order is placed. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays, shipping will be made on the next working day.

Please note that during this time An Post are experiencing high volumes of shipping so delays can be expected to certain areas. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Alternatively, you can collect your order at our Store with no additional cost. During the current lockdown, for in store collection, we'll contact you via email or phone to schedule an appointment.

We charge a fixed rate of €15 for UK and European deliveries. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery to be made.

We charge a fixed rate of €20 on International deliveries. Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery to be made.

If your order is travelling outside the EU, you may be liable to customs charges and/or import duties on arrival in the international destination. The payment of Customs charges is the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country. Customs may delay the delivery of orders.
