Refund policy



RETURNS

For products purchased online, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund nor accept your returned product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
If a product is defective, blue shall assume full responsibility for return shipping costs.
For garments to be eligible for returns, please make sure they are unworn, with tags and in the original packaging.
Once we receive your return, refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please note that It can take a few days for refund to appear in your bank account.
RETURN IN STORE
Alternatively, you can return your products to our physical shop under the same dead line and conditions.

Products purchased in store can only be exchanged for another product or a credit note. No refund is offered for in store purchases.

 GIFT CARDS

We do not offer refund or exchange on Gift cards.
EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges online. If you would like to get a product in a different size or style, you will have to return your item and place another order.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If that's the case, please contact us on blue.nicola@gmail.com and we will let you know how to proceed from there.
We will only refund shipping return costs in case your item is damaged or defective.
Alternatively, you can exchange your product on our physical shop.
